Privacy policy

1. Who we are
This policy describes how IsYourSiteAIReady ("we", "us") handles information when you use isyoursiteaiready.com and related Worker endpoints (the "Service"). The Service grades publicly reachable agent discovery and crawl signals for a domain you submit. It is not a citation, ranking, or advertising network product.
2. Information we process
- Scan inputs. The domain or URL you enter. We use it to fetch publicly available resources on that host (for example
/llms.txt,/robots.txt, sitemaps, and homepage HTML for structured data checks). - Scan outputs. Grades, pass/fail signals, and generated fix snippets shown in your browser session. We do not require an account to run a scan.
- Technical logs. Standard request metadata may be processed by our hosting and edge providers, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested paths, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Analytics. We use industry-standard third-party analytics for aggregated traffic such as page views, approximate location derived from IP, device/browser info, and similar usage metrics. Those tools may use cookies or comparable identifiers.
- Local device storage. We may store recent scan domains and scores in your browser's localStorage so you can reopen them. That data remains on your device until you clear site data.
3. Why we process it
- Provide the scan, grade, and fix kit you requested
- Operate, secure, and debug the Service
- Understand aggregate traffic and improve the product
- Detect abuse, rate-limit misuse, and protect infrastructure
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Third-party analytics may set cookies or use local storage / pixels subject to those providers' policies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, use browser tracking protections, or use vendor opt-out tools where available. Essential delivery of the site does not require an account cookie.
5. Retention
We do not operate a public long-term archive of every scan result as a product feature. Scan work happens to fulfill your request; provider logs and analytics are retained according to those providers' defaults and our operational needs (typically short for edge logs; longer for aggregated analytics). localStorage retention is controlled by you on your device.
6. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal information. We use industry-standard third-party tools for hosting, edge delivery, security, and analytics. Those processors handle data as needed to run and protect the Service under their own terms.
When you scan a domain, our servers make outbound HTTP(S) requests to that domain. Those requests are visible to the operators of the scanned site (similar to any crawler or uptime check).
7. International transfers
The Service is delivered via global edge infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.
8. Security
We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and third-party platform controls for delivery and security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Do not submit secrets, passwords, or private API keys into the scan field; the tool is meant for public hostnames.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to object to analytics cookies. Practical steps you can take immediately:
- Clear site data / localStorage for isyoursiteaiready.com
- Block Analytics cookies or use a tracking-prevention browser
- Contact us (below) for privacy requests related to our processing
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the product or providers change. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
12. Contact
