Terms of service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using isyoursiteaiready.com and related endpoints (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

IsYourSiteAIReady provides a free tool that requests publicly reachable URLs on a domain you submit and returns an Agent Access Grade, related signals, and optional fix-kit snippets or prompts. Output is informational only. It is not legal, security, compliance, SEO, or citation advice, and it does not measure search rankings or AI citation share.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service does not require an account today. If we add accounts later, additional terms may apply.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will:

  • Only submit domains or URLs you are authorized to test (for example your own site, or a site you have permission to assess)
  • Not use the Service to attack, scrape at abusive volume, overwhelm, probe for vulnerabilities beyond the product's intended checks, or bypass access controls
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer (except where prohibited restrictions are unlawful), or misuse the Service infrastructure
  • Not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access for abuse, security, or operational reasons, with or without notice.

5. Your content and scanned sites

You are responsible for the domains you submit and for how you use results. Scanning causes our systems to contact the target host. You represent that doing so does not violate that host's terms, robots rules you are obligated to follow, or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and our original materials are owned by us or our licensors. Fix-kit snippets are provided so you can adapt them for your own sites; we do not claim ownership of your resulting site files. You may not copy the Service itself, scrape it as a competing dataset, or misrepresent grades as an official certification program.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service depends on industry-standard third-party tools for hosting, delivery, security, and analytics, and may link to external docs or sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, uptime, or policies.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that grades, bot interpretations, generated snippets, or prompts are complete, accurate, current, or suitable for production use without your own review. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, domains you submit without authorization, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the Service or your access at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not subject to a mandatory local forum, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement regarding the Service and supersede prior understandings on that subject. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization or sale.

14. Contact
